Gong Mei

A new national standard in China (May 1, 2018) clarified that Gong Mei, within Fuding, specifically refers to White Tea made from the heirloom Xiao Cai Cha (also known as Qun Ti Zhong) variety.

Historically, this just meant a slightly higher quality than Shou Mei.
